The Principals:
Sandra M. Erickson
Sandy Erickson brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to
her position as President of the Dexheimer-Erickson Corporation. Her expertise is in
Employee Benefits, Executive, Estate and Private Business Planning.
Ms. Erickson participates in numerous professional associations including the Million Dollar Round Table, Top
of the Table (membership consists of the top 3% of insurance professionals in the nation)
and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She is a sought-after keynote
speaker at numerous insurance company and producer association meetings.Ann Woerner-Van Matre
Ann Woerner-Van Matre began her career in the insurance industry in 1978. In addition to her
extensive personal client base, she has significant experience as a Sales Manager and Brokerage Director with two
of the top 10 national insurance carriers.
She has held membership in the Association of Health Insurance Agents and the General Agents Management Association.
Ann currently staffs our Colorado office and continues to work with her established accounts.H. Phillip Dexheimer
H. Phillip Dexheimer entered the life insurance industry in 1972 and became a nationally recognized
authority in the areas of Estate and Employee Benefits Planning. He enjoys a distinguished record of
professional achievements. He is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and
has held membership in the National Association of Life Underwriters, Association of Advanced Life Underwriters,
as well as many other civic and industry associations. Now retired, he enjoys world-wide traveling.
Our Customer Service Team Leaders: Sharron Reese
Sharron is our Team Leader for Large Group Benefit Accounts. Sharron brings three years of experience as
our General Customer Service Team Leader to her position. She is well versed in current employee benefit trends
and is an award-winning USC debate team member.Gladys Ochoa
Gladys Ochoa is our Team Leader for Small Group Benefits Accounts and Individual Accounts. She oversees all COBRA
administration and billings reconciliation. Gladys has held various positions within the Banking Industry and has
experience in administering customized computer systems and programs.
Maria Cruz-Marshall
For over 15 years, Maria Cruz-Marshall has effectively administered our Cafeteria Plan and client's Flexible Spending
Accounts. Our separate company, IBA Plan, has been in existence since Flexible Spending Accounts were first introduced
in the early 80's. Maria presides over our proprietary, custom computer program which removes from our clients, the
fiduciary responsibility and burden of administering and maintaining these accounts.
Christina Posesano
Christina is our General Customer Service Team Leader. Christina oversees the processing of initial customer service
contacts including maintaining our Personal Customer Service Tracking System for each of our Employer Groups.
